超声波正弦振动微孔加工系统及孔壁特性

【摘要】 介绍了超声波正弦振动微孔加工系统,分析了刀具进给正弦运动轨迹,以保证刀具和工件之间的相对接触位置,搭建了超声波正弦振动微孔加工试验,优化测试钻削力,并确定了最优工作参数:微钻头转速25000r/min、微钻头进给速度10mm/min和单次钻削深度20μm。对比超声波正弦振动加工和高速钻削加工的微孔形貌、孔扩量以及剖面的孔壁形貌,证明超声波正弦振动微孔加工的精度明显优于高速钻削加工。

【Abstract】 This paper introduced the ultrasonic sine vibration of micro hole machining system at the same time,analyzes the tool feed sinusoidal movement,ensure the relative contact between tool and workpiece position,then build the micro hole machining ultrasonic sine vibration tests,and from the aspects of test drilling force optimization,to determine the optimal working parameters: micro drill speed 25000 r / min,micro drill bit feeding speed is 10 mm / min and single drilling depth 20 microns. Compared the ultrasonic sine vibration machining and high speed drilling pore morphology,hole enlargement quantity as well as the section shape of hole wall,by ultrasonic sine vibration micro hole machining precision is much better than that of high speed cutting processing.
