GH4169镍基高温合金表面加工硬化研究
Study on Surface Hardening in High Speed Milling Super Alloy GH4169
【摘要】 基于高速铣削GH4169镍基高温合金正交试验,借助截面法对每组加工参数下得到的材料表面进行硬度测量,记录并分析所得硬度值。通过分析可知,GH4169镍基高温合金加工性能差,加工硬化程度在110.5%-127.5%之间。通过对正交试验数据的极差分析,得到对其表面加工硬化影响的主次因素依次是铣削速度、切削深度、每齿进给量。并且随着铣削速度的增加,GH4169镍基高温合金的表面加工硬化程度逐渐降低;随着切削深度的增加,高温合金的表面加工硬化程度逐渐升高;每齿进给量对高温合金的表面加工硬化的影响很小。
【Abstract】 Based on the orthogonal test of high speed milling nickel-based super alloy GH4169,the hardness of the material surface was measured by cross section method,and the hardness values were recorded and analyzed. Through the analysis,the difference between the processing performance of the nickel-based super alloy GH4169,and the degree of the process hardening are in 110. 5%- 127. 5%. By the range analysis of the orthogonal test data,the primary and secondary factors of the surface processing hardening are milling speed,milling depth,feed per tooth. And with the increase of the milling speed,the degree of surface hardening is gradually decreased. With the increase of cutting depth,the degree of surface hardening is gradually increased; feed per tooth shows limited influence on surface processing hardening.
