金属切削变形常用本构模型研究进展
Recent Advances of Constitutive Model Used in Metal Cutting
【摘要】 金属切削变形过程具有高温、高应变率和较大变形的特点。材料的本构关系是用来描述温度、应力、应变等与时间的关系,因此,确定切削区工件材料的本构关系是研究金属材料切削变形及其有限元仿真的关键。本文给出了金属切削本构模型的几种试验方法,介绍了金属切削仿真中常用的本构模型,总结了金属切削领域中本构模型研究存在的不足及未来发展趋势。
【Abstract】 There have the characteristics of high temperature,high strain rate and large deformation in the metal cutting. Material constitutive relation is used to describe the relationship of temperature,stress,strain and time. Therefore,how to determine the material constitutive relationship of the workpiece in cutting zone is the key to study the metal cutting deformation and its simulation. Based on the literature review in this paper,firstly,this study gives several test methods of metal cutting constitutive model. Then,it focuses on the common constitutive model which is used in metal cutting simulation. Finally,it summarizes the deficiencies and future trends of the research for the constitutive model in the field of metal cutting process.
