螺旋钢结构楼梯设计及舒适度分析
DESIGN AND COMFORT ANALYSIS OF STEEL SPIRAL STAIRS
【摘要】 针对实际工程中的螺旋钢结构楼梯,采用ANSYS进行了简化及整体建模分析,发现螺旋钢结构楼梯的弧梁受力与普通的简化假定有所不同,建议螺旋钢结构楼梯中应考虑踏步板的作用进行整体建模计算。采用3种工况模式对楼梯的舒适度进行了分析,通过考察结构的加速度时程曲线,对结构截面进行了调整。认为螺旋钢结构楼梯截面普遍由舒适度控制,应力比及位移均不大,建议采用Q235B钢进行设计。
【Abstract】 According to the steel spiral stairs in actual projects,the simplified overall modeling analysis was conducted by using ANSYS. It was found that the stress state of arc beam was different from the simplifying assumption,as a result,stepping-plate effect should be considered into the overall modelling calculation of the steel spiral stairs. The influence of three working condition modes on the comfort of stairs was analyzed. Through the acceleration time history curve of the structure,cross-section of the structure was adjusted. The results showed that the cross-section of steel spiral stairs was controlled by comfort level,and the stress ratio and displacement were small. Q235 B steel should be applied in steel spiral stairs design.
