【摘要】 本文通过重构产业创新系统模型,从制度环境,创新网络和知识技术3个方面对中丹两国的风电产业进行了比较研究。研究发现,中丹两国的风电产业均是政策引导式的发展,但丹麦的发展模式却是自下而上的,社会基础发挥了更为重要的作用,其成功可以归结为技术、经济、组织以及政策等多方面因素综合作用的结果。相比之下,中国尚未形成完整的风电产业创新系统,各行为者之间缺乏有效的合作机制和知识分享网络,相对分散的创新主体难以集成发挥协同效应,创新能力有待提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the theorical freamwork of Sectoral Innovation System,this paper investigates wind power industry in China and Denmark from three dimensions: institutional environment,innovation network and knowledge. It is discovered that both Chinese and Danish wind power industry are policy guided,while the social environment in Denmark palys a more important role,and its success is attributed to the coevolution of technological,economic,institutional and political factors. By contrast that the development of Chinese wind power industry was less efficient which is summarized as follows: lack of a comprehensive wind energy innovation system; weak collaboration between institutional actors; low knowledge sharing and unfavorable industry environment.更多还原
