【摘要】 确立资源配置的动力引擎需要界定资源配置的科学内涵。人的自由全面发展配置资源的起点是建立在广义效用基础上的人的需求,对象是建立在可持续发展基础上的资源。中国经济发展的实践证明,资源配置的动力引擎需要从马克思主义经济学中寻找。文章结合中国经济转型和改革深化的特殊阶段,从政治资本积累改革的新动向、经济资本转型形成的新选择、社会资本演进生成的新途径和生态资本发展孕育的新源泉四个方面分析资源配置的动力引擎,以实现真正的经济发展,进而促进马克思主义人的自由全面发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Established resource allocation engine power required to define the scientific connotation of resource allocation. The starting point for the free and comprehensive development of the allocation of resources is based on the generalized utility based on human needs, the object is built on the sustainable development of resources. Practice proved that China’s economic development,resource allocation needs to find the engine of Marxist economics. Combining special stage of China’s economic restructuring and deepening reform, four new options from the new trends are proposed: new orientation of political capital accumulation reform, new choice of economic capital transformation, new ways of social capital evolution and new sources of ecological capital development. It analyzes the allocation of resources of the engine power in order to achieve real economic development, thus contributing to Marxism free and comprehensive development.更多还原
