【摘要】 旅游资源作为旅游产品的基本依托,其开发利用既可为人们带来直接的经济效益,又能获取国民素质提高和陶冶情操的社会效益,因此,产权具有社会意义和经济意义的双重属性。然而,由于旅游资源的特殊性,其产权目标、激励及涵盖范围也表现迥异,进而使产权的社会属性和经济属性出现背离。"双重产权"的存在,不仅降低了产权效率,而且对旅游资源的永续利用产生了极大的影响。文章通过对"双重产权"属性背离的检视与释析,从旅游资源永续利用视域,寻求两者并行不悖的制度安排。更多还原

【Abstract】 Tourism resources act as the bases of tourist products,its development and utilization can bring not only direct economic benefits for people,but also gain social benefits on the improvement of national quality and edifying sentiment.Therefore,property right has the dual nature of social and economic significance.However,as tourism resources have different property rights ownership and its property rights have different goals,motivations and scopes.The social attribute of property rights go against the economic attribute of that one,which not only reduces the efficiency of property rights,but also has a great influence on sustainable use of tourism resources.This article is trying to seek both parallel system arrangement from the perspective of sustainable utilization of tourism resources through"dual property"attribute from review and deep interpretation.更多还原
