【摘要】 来自于环境政策的管控会直接影响经济生产总量,最终对整体经济水平的提升产生影响。研究发现,其主要路径包括:通过环保压力,实现对技术效率的影响;通过具体的环境政策,实现对人力部门技术效率的影响;通过具体的环境政策引导,实现对社会公众消费行为和投资行为的绿色引导;通过具体的环境政策规制,实现对居民绿色认知水平的提升。文章认为,应进一步实现动态累进的环境税收政策;进一步贯彻落实"市场+行政""源头+末端"的综合环境规制政策;调动社会公众的参与积极性并确保企业必要的教育和技术创新投资。更多还原
