【摘要】 目的为掌握婺城区18岁以上人群慢病主要危险因素吸烟、饮酒的分布特点和变化趋势;为制定针对性的控烟和限酒措施及开展评价提供基础资料。方法按照多阶段分层整群抽样的方法,随机抽取4个乡镇(街道),进行一对一的入户问卷调查。结果婺城区2013年吸烟率为27.84%(标化后为22.04%),现在吸烟率为20.62%(标化后为18.86%),被动吸烟率为42.89%(标化后为42.82%),吸烟率、现在吸烟率同比2004年有所下降,被动吸烟率略高于2004年。饮酒率为45.63%(标化后为41.91%),其中男性为63.24%,女性为32.38%;频繁饮酒率为24.54%(标化后为16.59%),同比2004年有所下降。结论婺城区居民的吸烟、饮酒情况同比2004年有所改善,但控烟、限酒形势仍然严峻,需加强重点人群烟草危害、节制饮酒的健康教育宣传及干预措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To master the distribution characteristics and changes over time of the main risk factors of Noncommunicable and Chronic Disease(NCD)-smoking and drinking-in the population above 18 years old. To provide basic data for evaluation and working out specific measures of tobacco control and limit alcohol. Methods According to multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method, 4 towns(strees) were randomly selected with one-to-one household survey by questionnaires. Results In 2013, the rate of smoking in Wucheng district was 27.84 %( 22.04% after adjustment), the current smoking rates were 20.62%(18.86% after adjustment), they all had declined compared with 2004.The passive smoking rates were 42.89%(42.82% after adjustment), it increased comapared with 2004. The rate of drinking was 45.63%( 63.24% in male, 32.38% in female), after adjustment was 41.91%, and frequent drinking rate was 24.54%(16.59%after adjustment), they also declined comapared with 2004. Conclusion Compared with 2004, the situation of smoking and drinking in Wucheng district has improved, but the situation of tobacco control and alcohol limit is still grim. Intervention and health education on tobacco hazard and modest drinking should be strengthened to key crowd.更多还原
