【摘要】 目的了解青岛市托幼机构儿童家长手足口病知识知晓程度,为手足口病防控提供依据。方法通过二层抽样方法进行抽样,采用自填式问卷进行现场调查。结果共调查889人,家长对手足口病知识认知度及防控行为较好;学校类型及家长文化程度为知晓率的影响因素;家长获取知识的途径以电视和报纸为主,最希望的途径是卫生部门的宣传。结论在目前儿童家长对手足口病知识掌握的基础上,继续开展多途径的宣传教育,加强卫生部门和媒体之间的沟通和协商。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To learn the status of the awareness of hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD) and provide the evidence for the prevention of HFMD. Methods The layer sampling was adopted, and a survey was conducted by using of self-filled questionnaire. Results Eight hundred and eighty-nine parents were investigated. The knowledge and the practice of preschooler’s parents were generally good. The type of school and the education background of the parents were the factors of the awareness. The approaches of the parents getting the knowledge were mainly television and newspaper. The most promising approach was the promotion of the health sector. Conclusion Basing on the current level of parents gasping the knowledge of HFMD, the more ways to promote the knowledge needed to be continued. The communication and consultation between health sector and the media should be strengthened.更多还原
