无土栽培深度对膜下滴灌辣椒光合作用和产量的影响
Effects of Drip Irrigation on Photosynthesis and Yield of Soilless Culture Pepper with Different Cultivating Groove Depth
【摘要】 针对沙漠温室沙土保水保肥差、水肥利用效率低等实际问题,以宁夏中卫沙坡头区沙漠温室示范园为基地,采用对比试验,在相同的膜下滴灌定额(120 m3/hm2)、基质(玉米秸秆)和防渗措施(全断面塑料薄膜)下,研究不同培养地槽深度对辣椒生长指标、生理指标和产量的影响,筛选出适宜当地的沙漠温室无土栽培地槽深度。结果表明,当地槽深度为50 cm(S2处理)时,辣椒的生育性状最佳;辣椒净光合速率最高,为16.030 7μmol/(m2·s),比S3、S4、S1处理和CK分别高19.76%、21.06%、33.46%和49.12%,蒸腾速率、气孔导度和胞间CO2摩尔分数与净光合速率变化一致,各处理间差异显著。随培养地槽深度的增大,产量呈先增大后减小趋势,S2处理产量最高。从单位耗水量的产量来看,S2处理最高,为9.825 kg/m3。综合节水高效考虑,在沙漠温室膜下滴灌条件下,无土栽培辣椒培养地槽深度以50 cm的S2处理较适宜。
【Abstract】 On the issues of the low utilization and water efficiency of desert greenhouse,based on of desert greenhouse demonstration garden in Shapotou of Zhongwei District,contrast test was used to study the influence on pepper physiological and economic indicators in different cultivating groove depth(60 cm,50 cm,40 cm,30 cm) systematically with the same drip irrigation quota,soilless cultivation substrate and anti-seepage measures in the desert greenhouse,the suitable depth was selected for the local.The results showed that,when the depth was 50 cm,the growing characters of pepper was best;the net photosynthetic rate first increased with the increase of depth and then decreased,the treatment of S2 had the highest value of 16.0307 μmol/(m~2·s),the impact tendency was S2>S3>S4> S1>CK,and the difference was very significant.The yield and output of the unit water consumption were both the highest when the depth was 50 cm,and the value of the output of the unit water consumption was 9.825 kg/m~3.Comprehensive consideration,50 cm was the optimum cultivating groove depth in local areas,on the condition of soilless culture pepper in desert greenhouse.
