基于多目标遗传算法的南水北调东线工程湖泊群优化调度研究
Optimized Dispatching of the Lake Group System along the South-to-North Water Diversion Route based on the Multi-objective Genetic Algorithm
【摘要】 结合南水北调东线工程的自身特点,构建包含缺水量最小与抽水量最小2个目标的多目标优化调度模型,并将一种基于NSGA-Ⅱ算法的多目标优化技术应用于模型求解,得到问题的Pareto最优解集,最后采用基于组合权重的多属性决策方法对生成的非劣方案集进行评价,从而获得南水北调东线工程湖泊群系统的最优水量调配方案。结果表明,对比常规调度,该方法能有效降低系统总缺水量及工作能耗,使系统水资源得到更为科学合理的配置,具有很好的应用价值,为南水北调东线工程的运行管理及未来实时优化调度提供了新的思路。
【Abstract】 Considering the characteristic of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,an optimization scheduling model with two objectives,water deficit and pump-out amount,was established and calculated by the improved the NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm.A multiple attribute decision-making method based on combination weighting was used for the further decision-making of the pareto solutions.Through all the methods above,the optimal water allocation of lake group system was obtained.The result of the simulation of working condition in different assurance rate showed that this method could reduce total water deficit and energy consumption of the system compared to conventional scheduling and collocate the water resource of the system scientifically and reasonably,showing agood application value and providing a new mentality to the operation and real-time optimal operation of the eastern route project in the future.
