【摘要】 针对我国新建本科院校工程技术人才培养的现状,本文以德州学院为例,提出了校企共建工科专业的思路和设想,从人才培养目标的精准制定、人才培养方案的确定、教学资源建设的互融共通到保障体系建设等四个方面进行了阐述和分析,论述了提高人才培养工科专业建设水平的途径与人才培养质量的手段,以期为新建本科院校工科专业建设和培养高素质工程技术人才提供参考。更多还原
