【Abstract】 It is significance that establish University of the Beibu Gulf for servicing maritime silk road in twenty-first century.On the basis of Qinzhou University establishing University of The Beibu Gulf,has national policy and theoretical basis,also has certain conditions and advantages.At present,it is urgent to take some strong policies and measures,accelerate the establishment of University of The Beibu Gulf.Firstly,strengthening organization and leadership to guarantee the preparatory work smoothly;Secondly,scientific integration of resources to solve the university naming conditions in the short board;Thirdly,increasing capital investment and strengthen the conditions for running the standard construction;Fourthly,supporting the implementation policy to rapid increase the school comprehensive strength.更多还原
