【摘要】 目的观察关节穿刺生理盐水冲洗治疗四肢骨关节炎的效果。方法回顾性分析自2010-06—2014-10采用关节穿刺生理盐水冲洗治疗的332例(382个关节)骨关节炎,其中关节镜术后患者244例,观察疼痛缓解情况。结果所有患者关节冲洗后症状均有明显改善,患者主观满意度良好。治疗后3个月,关节镜术后组复诊218例,再治疗20例,复诊治疗率9.17%;单纯冲洗组复诊73例,再治疗11例,复诊治疗率15.07%;治疗后6个月,关节镜术后组复诊148例,再治疗36例,复诊治疗率24.32%;单纯冲洗组复诊45例,再治疗15例,复诊治疗率33.33%;治疗后9个月,关节镜术后组复诊88例,再治疗31例,复诊治疗率35.23%;单纯冲洗组复诊21例,再治疗11例,复诊治疗率52.38%。结论关节穿刺生理盐水冲洗治疗四肢骨关节炎可有效改善患者临床症状,缓解疼痛。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of joint puncture and saline irrigation for the treatment of osteoarthritis of the extremities. Methods Three hundred and thirty two cases(382 joints) of osteoarthritis of the extremities treated with joint puncture saline irrigation from June 2010 to October 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. Two hundred and forty four patients received the arthroscopic surgery. The pain relief was observed. Results All patients of joints symptoms were significantly improved after saline irrigation. All patients’ satisfaction was improved. Three months after treatment, there were 218 subsequent visit cases in arthroscopy surgery group and only 20 cases were treated again, and the follow-up rate of retreatment was 9.17% while there were 73 subsequent visit cases in simple saline irrigation group and only 11 cases were retreated, and the follow-up rate of retreatment was 15.07%. Six months after treatment, there were 148 subsequent visit cases in arthroscopy surgery group with 36 cases receiving retreatment and the follow-up rate of retreatment was 24.32% while there were 45 subsequent visit cases in simple saline irrigation group with 15 cases receiving retreatment and the follow-up rate of retreatment was 33.33%. Nine months after treatment, there were 88 subsequent visit cases in arthroscopy surgery group with31 cases receiving retreatment and the follow-up rate of retreatment was 35.23% while there were 21 subsequent visit cases in simple saline irrigation group with 11 cases receiving retreatment and the follow-up rate of retreatment was 52.38%.Conclusion Joint puncture saline irrigation treatment of patients with osteoarthritis of the extremities can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and relief pain.更多还原
