【Abstract】 Since the illiquidity of housing fund has become increasingly prominent.The broadening loan financing channels and improving capital efficiency has become the key to promote the stable operation of this system.Based on the causes of illiquidity and practices from each management center of housing fund,this article tries to propose an asset securitization program as a solution,and to explore difficulties in development process in order to provide some useful references.更多还原
