【摘要】 基于极值法以及人口城镇化与土地城镇化协调性指数的方法,揭示武汉市人口城镇化和土地城镇化协调发展的时间演变规律,分析评价武汉市的城镇化进程。研究结果表明:第一,在工业化与城镇化双重驱动下,武汉市人口城镇化指数与土地城镇化指数均呈现持续上升的趋势;第二,2002-2013年武汉市的人口城镇化与土地城镇化协调度由0.025增长到0.210,但二者在发展过程中存在着明显的差异;第三,从整体上来看,武汉市人口城镇化与土地城镇化协调发展水平从2002年的极度失调衰退阶段逐步上升到2013年的中度失调衰退阶段。由此可以看出,虽然武汉市城镇化总体水平较高,但从其内部要素协调发展程度来看,存在"虚高"现象,所以要坚持走"人"的城镇化道路,实现各要素的协调发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the extreme method,population urbanization and land urbanization coupling coordination index model.This study is to reveal the coordinated development of population urbanization and land urbanization in Wuhan that time evolution law,analysis and evaluate the process of urbanization in Wuhan city.Study results confirms:first,under the dual drive of industrialization and urbanization,population urbanization index and land urbanization index in Wuhan city showed a trend of rising;Secondly,the coordination index of Wuhan city from 2002 to 2013 rose from 0.025 to 0.210,but the degree of coordination between the two there is a significant difference in the development process;Thirdly,on the whole,the coordinated development level of population urbanization and land urbanization from extreme imbalance of recession in 2002 rose to a moderate disorder recession phase.So we can find out,the overall level of urbanization in Wuhan city is higher,but there is an"artificially high"phenomenon about the coordinated development degree from its internal elements,so stick to the"people"urbanization that can realize the coordinated development of various elements.更多还原
