【摘要】 防水防油纸有广泛的应用前景,本文介绍了纸张防水防油的机理和纸张防油性能的测定,采用本色蔗渣浆,经过打浆和浆内添加防水剂、防油剂和助留剂,制备了本色蔗渣浆防水防油纸;探讨了纸浆卡伯值、打浆度、助留剂等因素对纸张防油防水性能的影响,结果表明,在含氟防油剂用量1.8%,防水剂用量5%,助留剂用量0.02%,纸浆游离度400ml时,纸张具有良好的防油性能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Water-resistant and oil-resistant paper has broad application prospects. The mechanism of water resistance and oil resistance properties of paper and the determination of oil resistance properties were described. The water-resistant and oil-resistant paper were made of brown bagasse pulp by beating and adding oil-resistant agent,water-resistant agent and retention aid. The effect of pulp Kappa number,pulp freeness and retention agent on water resistance and oil resistance of the paper was studied. The results showed that the paper has good oil resistance when the chemical dosage was oil-resistant agent of 1. 8%,water resistant agent of 5. 0%,retention agent of 0. 02%,pulp freeness of 400 m L respectively.更多还原
