【摘要】 目的了解糖尿病足患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)和组织金属蛋白酶抑制剂-1(TIMP-1)表达。方法应用ELISA法测定59例2型糖尿病足病、62例糖尿病无足病患者和66例正常对照血清中MMP-9和TIMP-1含量。结果糖尿病足病组和无足病组MMP-9和TIMP-1含量均高于对照组(P<0.05或0.01),且足病组升高更明显(P<0.01)。糖尿病足病组MMP-9/TIMP-1比值高于无足病组和对照组(P<0.01),但其在无足病组和对照组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论糖尿病足患者血清MMP-9和TIMP-1含量明显升高,且有MMP-9/TIMP-1比值失衡。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate levels of matrix metalloproteinase 9(MMP-9) and tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase 1(TIMP-1) in diabetic foot(DF) patients. Methods Serum contents of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in 59 type 2 DF patients, 62 non-diabetic foot(NDF) patients, and 66 healthy controls were detected by ELISA. Results MMP-9 and TIMP-1 levels in DF and NDF groups were higher than those in control group(P<0.01-0.05), especially in DF group(P<0.01). MMP-9/TIMP-1 ratio in DF group was superior to that in NDF and control groups(P<0.01), but its difference between NDF and control groups was insignificant(P>0.05). Conclusion There were the increase of serum MMP-9 and TIMP-1 levels and imbalance of MMP-9/TIMP-1 ratio in DF patients.更多还原
