光纤传感技术在管道检测中的应用与发展

【摘要】 论述了国内利用Sagnac干涉仪系统、Mach-Zehnder干涉仪系统、Φ-OTDR系统等分布式光纤振动传感系统在输运流体管道检测中的发展历程与应用现状。分析了不同测试系统在输油气、输水管道等应用领域的监测原理、应用特点,阐述了分布式光纤传感技术在管道泄漏检测中的发展趋势。通过对当今国外该技术领域发展状况的分析,得出了在Sagnac干涉仪系统、Mach-Zehnder干涉仪系统技术领域方面国内具有一定的技术优势,而在最前沿的Φ-OTDR系统的研究上国内外不相伯仲的现状。

【Abstract】 The development and application of the distributed fiber-optic vibration sensing system such as Sa-gnac interferometer system, Mach-Zehnder interferometer system and phase-sensitive optical time-domain reflec-tometer(Φ-OTDR) system in transport fluid pipeline detection are introduced. The monitoring principle and appli-cation characteristics of different test systems in oil gas, water pipeline and other application areas are analyzed,and the development trend of the distributed fiber-optic sensing technology in pipeline leak detection is also de-scribed. Through the abroad development status analysis of the technology field, it is concluded that the domestictechnology has certain advantages in the field of Sagnac interferometer system and Mach-Zehnder interferometersystem. However, for the forefront of Φ-OTDR system the domestic and the abroad are at the same level.
