【摘要】 目的观察多乐氟对可摘局部义齿基牙的防龋效果.方法行可摘局部义齿修复的牙列缺损患者100例,采用自身对照的方法,患者修复义齿后,随机选择一侧基牙作为试验侧基牙组涂布多乐氟,半年重复1次,对照侧基牙组做空白对照,3年后复诊检查可摘局部义齿基牙的龋坏情况.结果试验侧基牙组患龋率为24.7%(40/162),低于对照侧基牙组41.9%(67/160),差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=10.71,P<0.01).结论可摘局部义齿基牙涂布多乐氟可有效预防龋病的发生.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of Duraphat in the prevention of dental caries of abutment teeth in removable partial denture. Methods 100 patients who suffered from dentition defect were recruited. We used self-control methods. Abutment teeth of one side were randomly assigned to control group, abutment teeth of another side were assigned to experimental group. In experimental group, Duraphat was applied every six months. The prevalence of caries of abutment teeth of removable partial denture was recorded 3 years later. Results The data showed that the caries prevalence of experimental side was significantly lower than the control side( P < 0. 01). Conclusion It is a simple and effective way to prevent caries in the abutment teeth of removable partial denture with Duraphat.更多还原
