【Abstract】 Education is an activity to mould a human beings. Education is also a process of correcting the misconduct behaviors. The aim of education is to cultivate a civic person. Teacher’s punishment right is an object phenomenon occurs when education happens. The author suggested that it should affirm by legislation,and clarify its varieties,scopes; this could help teachers know the standard operations in actual education activity.
