【Abstract】 To foster morality and cultivate talents is the fundamental task of education as well as the basic requirement for teachers. In recent years,with successful results achieved,the higher education in China has undergone a wave of establishing residential colleges and launching series of new initiatives to develop education. The reform carried out in East China Normal University of establishing Meng Xiancheng college is distinctive. This essay will investigate the relationship between educational task of fostering morality and cultivating talents and the nurturance education for student teachers,introduce the practice of establishing multi-dimensional tutorial system,building learning and living community and offering diversified academic guidance,and make preliminary summary of the nurturance education of student teachers under college system.更多还原
