【摘要】 传统的多指标综合评价方法,难以从投入与产出角度评价科研相对效率,应用DEA评价方法则兼顾了投入和产出的指标。依据DEA评价方法,选取江西高校作为地方高校代表进行研究,并以2004-2013年有关决策单元指标,评价地方高校科研活动投入与产出创新绩效,得到科研创新绩效状况较高效率的结论。同时,也存在投入冗余或产出不足的现象。由此,需要优化科技生产规模结构、进一步加大科技创新投入和有效地促进科技与经济结合。更多还原

【Abstract】 The traditional multi-index comprehensive evaluation system could not judge the efficiency from the perspective of input and output,however the DEA evaluation could overcome this defect.This paper used Jiangxi local universities as example to evaluate the innovate performance from2004 to 2013,and drew the conclusions that these universities’ innovation performance is high,but for some university the funding is still inadequate.Therefore,we need to optimize the structure of scientific production scales,increase the investments and effectively promote the transformation of science and technology.更多还原
