【摘要】 校际联合培养本科生是高校提升人才培养质量的良好旨趣,但理论上的应然性探讨与现实的实然性操作存在一定的差距,无论是联合培养的形式、内容、实施效果均有诸多值得研究和提升的空间。南京师范大学根据自身特点,利用区域优势,以协同理论为指导,尝试"驻学"的形式联合其他高校培养本科生,以目标、机构、资源、管理的有效协同,推动改革创新进而破解联合培养中的制约瓶颈,很好地诠释了协同理论对高校校际联合培养人才的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cultivating undergraduates in the intercollegiate dual culture is a good purport for colleges to enhance the quality of talents,but gaps still exist in both of the theoretically necessity discussion and realistically practical operation to some degree. Regardless of the form,contents and implementation effects,all of these points are worth studying and need to be further improved. According to its own characteristics,taking advantages of its region,Nanjing Normal University has tried to combine some other colleges with cultivation undergraduates in the form of " stationed study" under the guidance of synergetics theory. For the effective synergy of the purpose,agency,resources and administration,it can push forward the reform innovation and then eliminate the bottleneck existed in the dual culture,which perfectly interprets the guiding significance of synergetics theory towards intercollegiate joint cultivation.更多还原
