【Abstract】 In order to promote the training process of the seaman and to carry out the Arctic shipping business in China early, we analyzed the practical demand of sailing in the arctic areas to give some detailed suggestions of the training accesses and the content which draw lessons from experiences of foreign country’s arctic navigation training in accordance with relevant international conventions and national requirements of the regulation. It is of great significance to cultivate the international standard crew sailing in the arctic areas and to refine china’s training system sailing in the arctic areas.更多还原
