【摘要】 目的研究Caspase-9在结肠癌患者化疗前后原发癌和腹腔转移癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法选取9例结肠癌患者,均接受两次手术分别切取原发癌及腹腔转移癌,两次手术间接受以氟尿嘧啶为基础的化疗。免疫组化法检测Caspase-9在原发癌和转移癌组织中的表达。结果 Caspase-9在化疗后转移癌组织表达相比化疗前原发结肠癌组织表达显著降低,平均染色强度由化疗前8317±1857下降为3693±1995(P<0.05)。且9例患者腹腔转移癌中Caspase-9表达均较各自原发癌降低。结论 Caspase-9表达的高低与结肠癌化疗效果密切相关,可以作为预测化疗敏感性及复发转移的分子靶标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of Caspase-9 in colon cancer before and after chemotherapy, distinguish the difference of Caspase-9 status between primary tumors and metastatic tumors. Methods Select 9 patients diagnosed colon cancer, who received two surgeries to cut primary tumors and abdominal metastatic tumors, and also 5-Fu based chemotherapy between two times surgeries. Caspase-9 expression in primary tumors and metastatic tumors was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results Caspase-9 expression dramatically decreased in metastatic tumors after chemotherapy compared to primary tumors. The average staining score decreased from 8317±1857 to 3693±1995 after chemotherapy(P<0.05). Moreover, each metastatic tumor exhibited lower Caspase-9 expression than respective primary tumor. Conclusion Caspase-9 expression is tightly related to the chemotherapeutic effects of colon cancer, which can be used as biomarker to predict chemotherapy sensitivity and cancer recurrent/metastatic.更多还原
