【摘要】 2015年11月19日-20日,中国成人教育协会成人高等教育理论研究委员会第十九届年会在温州大学成功举办。本次年会以"创业创新与成人高等教育转型发展"为主题,大会分为主题报告和分论坛,并契合区域特色开设了民营企业家人力资源论坛,来自全国各地的与会代表围绕主题展开了一场理论界与实践界的精彩对话。本文将聚焦于成人高等教育理论研究委员会的回溯与展望、高校研究视角和企业发展视角下成人高等教育的转型发展等会议要点对此次年会进行简述,以期为新时期我国成人高等教育的转型发展拓宽视野并提供有益借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 he 19 th national conference of the academy of adult higher education of national adult education research was successfully held in Wenzhou University on November 19-20,2015.The theme of the conference is Entrepreneurship Innovation and Adult Higher Educational Transformation Development,including theme report and sub-forum,and the conference opened a forum on Private Entrepreneur Human Resources based on local characteristics and delegates from all over the country,which start a brilliant dialogue between theoretical and practical filed.This paper presents the important issues related to the theme,including retrospect and prospect of the academy of adult higher education,adult higher educational transformation development from the perspective of academy and enterprises development,so as to broaden horizons and provide valuable references to our national adult higher educational transformation development in the new period.更多还原
