【摘要】 环境监测在环境保护过程中起着至关重要的作用,新《环保法》实施后环境监测仍存在着一些问题,直接影响着环境监测的进程和质量。文章从人员编制、工作性质、基层监测机构和环境标准等4个方面具体分析了我国环境监测工作中存在的问题,就如何加强环境监测能力建设提出了几点建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Environmental monitoring plays an essential role in the process of environmental protection. There are still some problems in environmental monitoring after carrying out the new environmental law, which directly affect the process and quality of environmental monitoring. The paper concretely analyzes the problems existing in the work of environmental monitoring in China,from four aspects of staffing, work nature, grass-roots monitoring institution and environment standard. And in the paper, it puts forward several proposals in how to strengthen the construction of environmental monitoring ability.更多还原
