兰炭处理硝基苯类有机废水的研究

【摘要】 文章以煤炭类固体废弃物兰炭为吸附剂处理含硝基苯有机废水。在动态吸附实验中,?35×120 cm吸附柱内填装兰炭,以COD值为50 mg/L作为耗竭点,通过改变兰炭的投加量和废水流量,得出动态吸附最佳工艺条件:兰炭与废水的最佳比为126.67 g∶1 L,废水流率为40m L/min。吸附饱和后的兰炭可代替燃料煤加以回收利用,同时处理后水具有一定的碱性,可作为厂内的洗涤专用水应用到硝基氯苯产品的水洗工序中。

【Abstract】 The article based on the kind of solid waste coal as adsorbents, which was used to dispose of organic waste water with nitrobenzene. In the dynamic adsorption experiment, using an ?35×120 cm adsorption column as a tool to filter waste water sample and the COD was 50 mg/L as the point of exhaustion, through varying the dosage and water flow rate, arrived at the optimum conditions of the dynamic adsorption: the optimal proportion of the preconditioned semi-coke powder and waste water was 126.67 g∶1 L, and the optimal flow velocity was 40 m L/min of waste water which was flowing throngh the adsorption column. The saturate adsorbents which had been adsorbed could be recycled instead of the fuel coal, and the treated water which possessed a certain amount of alkaline can be used as a dedicated washing water and can be used to wash nitrochlorobenzene product.
