中毒血中百草枯的GC/MS检验

【摘要】 建立了乙腈沉淀蛋白,氯化钠盐析分层提取,硼氢化钠还原衍生血中百草枯快速分析的方法。血样用去离子水稀释,加适量乙腈混匀,离心取上层清液,加适量氯化钠,涡旋混匀,离心分取下层清液,加10%硼氢化钠水溶液反应1 h,乙醚涡旋提取,离心分取上层清液,挥干定容后进GC/MS分析。血中百草枯回收率为80.3%,检出限为在0.15μg/m L,在1~20μg/m L浓度范围内线性关系良好。方法可用于误服中毒者和刑事案件中毒者血样的分析。

【Abstract】 A quikly method was established about Acetonitrile precipitation protein, sodium chloride salting out to layer and extract. Reduction of paraquat in plasma by sodium borate Blood samples were diluted in deionized water, add appropriate amount of acetonitrile to mix, centrifugal and Divide the supernatant; add appropriate amount of sodium chloride, vortex mixing, centrifugal and Divide the subnatant, plus 0.5 % sodium borohydride water and reaction for 1 h, vortex with ether to extract, centrifugal and divid the supernatant, volatile dry volume and analy with GC/MS. the recovery rate of paraquat in the blood was 80.3 %, the detection limit was 0.15 μg/m L, and the relationship was good in the concentration range of 1~20 g/m L. The method can be used for the analysis of accidental poisoning and criminal cases of poisoning samples.
