白炭黑/TiO2复合颜料的制备及性能研究
Study on Preparation and Properties of Silica/TiO2 Composite Pigments
【摘要】 亚熔盐法分解钾长石制得的溶液和金红石型钛白粉(TiO2)为原料,利用硫酸沉淀法制备的白炭黑与钛白粉通过原位复合法制备SiO2/TiO2复合颜料,探讨各种工艺条件对制备复合粉体的影响。当TiO2百分比为60%、搅拌转速300 r/min、反应温度85℃、滴加速度1 m L/min时,所制得的粉体性能最好。复合粉体遮盖力值为22.5 g/m2,吸油值为67.0 g/100 g,白度为97.0%。
【Abstract】 Silica-TiO2 composite pigments were synthesized via in-situ composite reaction by sulfuric acid precipitation method using the solution from the sub-molten salt method to decompose potassium feldspar and rutile titanium dioxide as raw material. We investigated the effect of various process conditions on the preparation of composite powders. When percentage is 60 %, rotation speed is 300 r/min, reaction temperature is 85 ℃, drops of acceleration is 1 m L/min, the obtained powder has the best performance. The covering power, oil absorption and whiteness of the silica/TiO2 composite pigment are 22.50 g/m2, 67 g/100 g, and 97.00 %.
