海洋红树林内生真菌(Diaporthe phaseolorum var.sojae)对白纹伊蚊的毒杀作用

【摘要】 研究了海洋红树林内生真菌(Diaporthe phaseolorum var.sojae 1893)代谢产物对白纹伊蚊的毒力及对蚊幼虫生长发育的影响。结果发现,真菌1893代谢产物和代谢产物乙酸乙酯对白纹伊蚊四龄幼虫的LC50分别为1077 mg/L和191.6 mg/L,前者的杀虫活性明显低于后者。同时,真菌1893代谢产物对白纹伊蚊的生长发育有较显著的影响,可降低白纹伊蚊的化蛹率和羽化率,延长化蛹时间和羽化时间。

【Abstract】 To study the toxicity of mangrove fungus 1893 Diaporthe phaseolorum var.sojae and its influence against Aedes albopictus larvae. The results of bioassay displayed that the ethyl acetate extract had higher toxicity to Aedes albopictus larvae than crude metabolites. Its 50 % lethal concentration(LC50) was 191.6mg/L. At the same time, the metabolites have effect influence. It could reduce the pupation rate and eclosion rate of Aedes albopictus larvae, and it also could extend the average pupation time and eclosion time.
