生物净化器处理餐饮油烟废气研究
Study on the Treatment of Cooking Oil Fume with Biological Purifier
【摘要】 将经改进的油烟生物净化器应用于某中型食堂的油烟废气处理。研究了进气浓度、填料湿度、不同生物填料对油烟生物净化器降解率的影响,并研究了该油烟生物净化器的抗冲击负荷能力。结果表明,当进气油烟浓度在12 mg/m3以下时,该油烟生物净化器对油烟废气的降解率较高;当填料含水率维持在75%左右时,油烟生物净化器降解效果达到最佳;当选用改性聚氨酯生物填料时,对油烟废气的降解率更高;该净化器对油烟浓度变化的缓冲能力较强。
【Abstract】 The improved biological purifier was used in the purification of oil fume from a medium-sized canteen. The influence of in-let concentration, filler humidity and different biological filler on the degradation rate of the biological purifier, and the anti-shock load capacity of the oil fume purifier was investigated. Results show that when the in-let concentration under 12 mg/m3, the biological purifier degradation rate of oil fume was better; When the filler humidity remain at around 75 %, the biological purifier degradation effect was best; When the modified polyurethane was used, the degradation rate was higher; and the biological purifier was strong in the buffer capacity of oil fume concentration change.
