高校新进青年教师教学和科研思考——以湖南科技大学测控技术与仪器专业为例

【摘要】 高校新进青年教师作为高校师资队伍中的重要群体,面临着教学与科研并举的双重任务。文章结合湖南科技大学测控技术与仪器专业教学特点,通过分析教学与科研的矛盾统一关系,从道德素养、教学技能和科研能力这三个角度提出几点思考,力求新进青年教师形成教学与科研和谐共进的良性循环,迅速成为一个具有较高质量的教学、科研型青年教师,为学校实现教学与科研并举添砖加瓦。

【Abstract】 The new young teachers as an important group of the teachers in colleges face with the dual task of teaching and scientific research. Based on the specialty teaching characteristic of Hunan University of Science and Technology, Measurement Control Technology and Instruments, through the analysis of the contradictory unity of teaching and research, and put forward some thinking from the three angle of a moral accomplishment, teaching skills and scientific research ability, strive for new young teachers to form the harmony virtuous circle between teaching and research. Finally, fast becoming high quality young teachers on teaching and research, to implement teaching and research for school.
