早强型聚羧酸系复合减水剂试验研究

【摘要】 采用有机早强剂三乙醇胺,无机早强剂硝酸钙、硫酸钠与自制早强型聚羧酸系减水剂(BS-C3)进行复配改性,运用正交试验分析法,探讨了早强剂掺量对减水剂性能的影响,综合考虑得出最佳复配组合。试验结果表明,采用最佳复配组合改性而成的早强型聚羧酸系复合减水剂与BS-C3减水剂相比,分散性和减水率基本保持不变,混凝土的3天早强性能提高11.03%。

【Abstract】 Organic(triethanolamine)and inorganic(calcium nitrate, sodium sulfate)early strength agents were introduced to compound with early strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer(BS-C3), The effects of the dosage of early strength agents on the performance of polycarboxylate superplasticizer were investigated by orthogonal test. And the optimal prescription is made certain by holistic consideration. The results show that compared with BS-C3 polycarboxylate superplasticizer, the dispersibility and water-reducing of early strength compound polycarboxylate superplasticizer prepared under optimal prescription basically remain unchanged and the early strength of concrete was increased by 11.03 %.
