【Abstract】 [Objective] For the new simulation teaching of undergraduate course applied to provide reference, we provided the fermentation engineering simulation teaching in Changshu Institute of Technology as a example. [Methods] Through the application of simulation technology in the teaching of fermentation engineering, simulation techniques and fermentation engineering was expounded in combination with the basic idea of teaching. [Results] By the simulation teaching of fermentation engineering course, improve the students’ learning efficiency and enthusiasm.
