“丁达尔效应”实验的两个疑问

【摘要】 丁达尔效应是高中阶段常见的一个演示实验,人教版《高中化学》(必修一)对该实验的描述存在一定的缺陷:忽视了对浊液的讨论,采用激光笔作为光源,无法证明溶液、胶体、浊液三者中只有胶体有丁达尔效应。把CuSO4溶液换做NaCl溶液或者酒精,把Fe(OH)3胶体换做鸡蛋清,更有助于学生对溶液、胶体、浊液三者性质的认识。

【Abstract】 During the study of the senior high school, Tyndall effect is a common demonstration experiment, however in the version of "the senior high school chemistry"(required course), the description of the experiment exist some defects: such as ignoring the discussion of turbid liquid and using laser-pen as a light source. Which will be unable to prove that among solution, colloid and emulsion, only colloid can leads to Tyndall effect. While taking CuSO4 solution to replace of NaCl solution or Alcohol, and taking Fe(OH)3 colloidal to replace of egg white, it will be more helpful to students’ understanding of the nature of the solution, colloid, emulsion.
