烟丝和主流烟雾中尼古丁的高效液相色谱测定
Nicotine Determination in Cut Tobacco and Main Stream Smoke by HPLC
【摘要】 采用水作为烟丝尼古丁的萃取溶剂和烟气尼古丁的吸收溶剂,高效液相色谱中尼古丁分离的流动相为甲醇:0.02 mol/L KH2PO4=10:90(含0.05%三乙胺,磷酸调节pH至3.2),柱温30℃,流速0.7 mL/min,进样量10μL,DAD检测器波长260 nm。测定了三种不同品牌香烟的烟丝和主流烟气水溶液中的尼古丁,烟丝中尼古丁含量为11.6915.47 mg/g,主流烟雾中尼古丁含量为0.0780.110 mg/支。研究结果对于环境保护以及开发相应的戒烟产品具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 Water was used for nicotine extraction and absorption from cut tobacco and cigarette smoke, respectively. For nicotine determination by HPLC method, we used methanol : 0.02 mol/L KH2PO4=10:90(containing 0.05 % triethylamine, pH was adjusted to 3.2 with H3PO4) as mobile phase solution. Column temperature was kept at 30℃ and flow rate of 0.7 m L/min was selected. 10 μL of sample solution was injected into the instrument and wavelength used was 260 nm. Nicotine in cut tobacco and cigarette main stream smoke was determined to be 11.6915.47 mg/g and 0.0780.110 mg/cigarette, respectively in three different cigarette brands. The study provides a prospect for protecting environment and developing new tobacco replacement products.
