【Abstract】 Phthalate acid esters(PAEs) is the raw materials of the plasticizers products. Because of not bounded chemically in the products, PAEs can easily migrate into the contacted food and water samples. PAEs contaminants may present a potential hazard for human health if exposure exceeds safety levels. The article studies on the determination methods of PAEs contaminate in food will provide a review for better detection of residual contaminants in food sample.更多还原
