基于MATLAB与CAESAR Ⅱ的管道系统优化设计
Optimization Design of Pipeline System Based on MATLAB and CAESARⅡ
【摘要】 文中利用MATLAB和CAESARⅡ实现管道应力分析和最优设计。首先,提出了利用CAESARⅡ和MATLAB进行管道系统应力分析和设计的思路。然后,以简单管道系统为例,应用0.618法和遗传算法分别进行管道系统的单目标和多目标的优化设计,实现了管道设计半自动化动态优化,为实现管道设计自动化提供参考。
【Abstract】 In this paper,MATLAB and CAESAR Ⅱ were used to realize pipe stress analysis and optimal design. First of all,the idea to analyze and design the stress of pipeline system combining MATLAB and CAESAR II was proposed. Then,taking the simple pipeline system as an example,0. 618 method and the genetic algorithm were applied to optimization design of single objective and multi-objective,thus semi-automated dynamic optimization of the pipeline system was achieved in this paper,and the reference for the realization of the pipeline design automation was provided.
