弯头与直管连接截面及边缘区应力分析
Stress Analysis on Connection Section and Area Edge between Elbow and Straight Pipe
【摘要】 以弯头与直管连接结构边缘区及连接截面为主要研究对象,应用有限元方法建立弯头与直管连接结构数值计算模型,通过与ASME中的弯管应力计算公式进行比较,验证模拟结果的准确性。在此基础上分析结构在内压、弯矩以及2种载荷共同作用下的边缘区和连接截面应力分布特点和规律,提出了连接截面应力计算方法,并证明公式计算结果的可靠性,可用于弯头与直管连接结构安全评定时,计算含面型缺陷的连接面的应力。
【Abstract】 The connection section and area edge between elbow and straight pipe were adopted as research object. The numerical calculation models of the elbow and straight pipe connection structure were established by finite element method. Through comparing the bend stress calculation formula in ASME,the accuracy of the simulated results was verified. The rule and characteristics of distribution stresses in its connection section and area edge were analyzed when the structure was subjected to inner pressure,bending moment and combined load. The connection section stress calculation method was given and the reliability of the formula calculation results was proved. It can be used to calculate the stress of the junction surface containing type surface defects when assessing elbow and straight pipe connecting structure safety.
