【Abstract】 "McDonaldization"is the manifestation of rationalization in contemporary society.It owns positive principles as pursuits of efficiency,quantification and control;however,it also has negative effects.Nowadays,as one important link of personnel training,student assessment fails to escape from McDonaldization too.Though it seems to be "rationale",the assessment pattern is actually a certain kind of management and tool,which will lead to half-heartedness,injustice and discord.Therefore,it is necessary for student assessment to be based on perspective of life and dialogue through lifetime so as to get rid of the bound of"McDonaldization".更多还原
