高校学生评价的“麦当劳化”及其超越
The McDonaldization of University Student Assessment and Transcendence of Itself
【摘要】 "麦当劳化"是合理化在当代社会的表现形式,其追求效率、迷信量化、崇尚控制的原则虽有进步的一面,但负面效应也不言而喻。而今,作为人才培养重要环节的学生评价也未能逃脱被"麦当劳化"的命运。这种看似"合理化"的评价行为,充满着浓厚的"管理"色彩和"工具"意蕴,必然导致学生评价育人本真的迷失、公正之善的偏误以及和谐之美的缺失。坚持学生评价的"生命"立场、"对话"立场、"终身化"立场,是走出学生评价"麦当劳化"铁笼的可为之举。
【Abstract】 "McDonaldization"is the manifestation of rationalization in contemporary society.It owns positive principles as pursuits of efficiency,quantification and control;however,it also has negative effects.Nowadays,as one important link of personnel training,student assessment fails to escape from McDonaldization too.Though it seems to be "rationale",the assessment pattern is actually a certain kind of management and tool,which will lead to half-heartedness,injustice and discord.Therefore,it is necessary for student assessment to be based on perspective of life and dialogue through lifetime so as to get rid of the bound of"McDonaldization".
