【Abstract】 With the arrival of the information age,the development of project information as a strategic resource,the need to strengthen the breadth and depth of its management,as companies need to progress the development of the project,cost,quality,marketing and other information management,therefore an urgent need to meet the business needs of a development project information management system. BIM technology to create a model based on a specific project,covering the entire life of the project and so also to the field of information management architecture opens a new perspective,more and more model-based system was developed for the construction sector in the integration of information clarity.
