【摘要】 从住宅行业向精装修房发展的方向入手,指出成品房建设、施工的依据是设计图纸、规范标准和销售合同,分析成品房装修阶段的建设、总分包施工单位的质量责任。从行业发展与公共利益的角度分析成品房质量监督的工作范围和方法。由于业主的变更,质量监督更应关注精装修房的使用安全和功能,不得任由开发商更改设计图纸,降低建设质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Started from the residential sector to the development direction of decorated houses,pointed out existing home construction,according to the construction design drawings,specifications and standard sales contracts,analyzed existing home renovation phase of construction,with a total subcontractor responsibility for the quality of the construction unit. From the perspective of the industry and the public interest analysis of the scope and methods decorated houses quality supervision,because the change of owners,the quality of supervision must pay more attention to decoration and the use of safety features,and should not let the developers change the design drawings and reduce construction quality.更多还原
