转型升级背景下制造企业两化融合演化模型——基于主成分选取序参量的方法
EvolutionModel for the Integration of Informatization and Industrialization under the Transformation and Upgrading of Manufacturing Enterprise:Based on the Method of Choosing Order Parameters from the Principal Components
【摘要】 信息化与工业化深度融合是当前制造业转型升级亟需关注的基本问题。基于复杂性思雏的协同学研究方法,提取两化融合指标的主成分构建动态演化模型,判定序参量并获得序参量对两化融合的役使方式,为制造企业把握两化融合发展趋势和具体规划建设提供了定量依据,并通过企业案例辅证了模型和方法的有效性与易操作性。本文所构模型及方法可以作为选取与确定序参量的一般方法,通过保留有效信息到少数变量并建立模型,解决了观测变量众多导致的信息繁杂、维数过大的问题;根据模型特点直接观察参数即可判别系统在平衡点的稳定性并确定序参量,克服了序参量难以判定的困难。
【Abstract】 Deep integration of informatization and industrialization is the basic problem of transformation and upgrading of manufacturing.Based on the synergetic method of complexity thinking,dynamic evolution model is built with principal components of the integration indicators,and further order parameters and the way of order parameters dominating system are achieved.Quantitative analysis method is provided for manufacturing enterprises to master the growing trend and specific planning and construction of integration,and a case is taken to illustrate the effectiveness and operability of the method and model.Such method and dynamic evolution model can be used as a general way to choose and determine order parameters.Effective information is maintained to a few variables which resolve the problems of multifarious information and high-dimension leading by large amount of observed variables) In accordance with the model characteristics,the stability of the system and order parameters can be distinguished by observing the parameters,which overcome the difficulties of determining order parameters.
