NH3-H2O-P(CH3)4Cl体系气液相平衡、密度和黏度的测定
Vapor-Liquid Equilibrium,Density,and Viscosity Measurement of NH3-H2O-P(CH3)4Cl
【摘要】 以氨水为工质对的吸收式制冷循环和热泵技术中,分离氨和水时需要大量能耗。本文将离子液体P(CH3)4Cl作为添加剂加入氨水中,组成分离能耗较低的三元工质体系。利用等温合成法实验系统,测定了NH3-H2O-P(CH3)4Cl体系在温度范围293.15333.15 K、压力范围0700 kPa.时的气液相平衡数据;然后采用扩展的Antoine方程对实验数据进行拟合,得到了可靠的拟合精度和方程的模型参数;最后,基于相平衡比讨论P(CH3)4Cl的添加效果,测定密度和黏度数据,作为进一步开发该工质体系的参考。
【Abstract】 In traditional absorption refrigeration cycle and heat pump technologies based on NH3-H2O working pair,high energy consumption occurs when vapor NH3 was separated from solution.This work proposed ionic liquid P(CH3)4Cl as additive to compose ternary working fluids and to reduce the energy consumption of rectification.The vapor-hquid equilibrium data of NH3-H2O-P(CH3)4Cl system was measured by the isothermal synthesis method under temperature of 293.15333.15 K and pressure of 0700 kPa.Then the data was fitted by an extended Antoine equation,the model parameters of which were calculated with good accuracy.Finally,the addition effect and development potential of P(CH3)4Cl were evaluated by the phase equilibrium ratio,density,and viscosity data.
