用于电厂IGBT模块散热的回路热管研制

【摘要】 回路热管技术作为一种新兴的高效、远距离传热技术,具有很大的发展卒间。本文针对电厂电除尘器内部大功率IGBT模块散热不畅的问题,设计了一种新型的回路热管,直接把高频电源柜内IGBT模块的热量远距离传递到高频电源柜外部并通过冷空气带走,不但降低了模块温度,而且大大降低了工人维护散热器的工作量。该回路热管已在华能德州电厂某机组上成功试运行,传热能力达到3 kW,对应的总传热温差仅为26.4℃,IGBT模块温度比原有方案降低了15℃。本文介绍了该回路热管的设计、实验室测试和现场测试等情况。

【Abstract】 Loop Heat Pipes(LHPs) are promising heat transfer devices featuring high efficiency and remote heat transfer.In this paper a novel LHP is proposed for solving the problem of clogged heat dissipation occurred in power plant IGBT modules.With this LHP the heat generated by the IGBT modules are transferred out of the control cabinet and then dissipated through forced convection.A prototype has been installed in Huaneng Dezhou Power Plant and functions well,not only decreasing the IGBT module temperature but significantly reduces physical labor for maintenance.With a maximum heat transfer capacity of 3 kW,the total temperature difference is 26.4℃,and the IGBT module temperature is 15℃ lower than that of traditional method.The design,experimental validation and on-site validation are introduced in this paper.
