【摘要】 为了了解北京市农村民居的抗震能力现状,采用实地调查的方式对北京延庆的农村民居现状进行随机抽样调查,并从建筑场地、地基基础、建筑材料、构件的连接、抗震构造措施等方面对其抗震性能进行分析,对目前发现的问题进行了描述,并对提高北京农村民居的抗震性能提出相应的对策和建议,为北京市农村防震减灾工作提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to reveal the current seismic performance of the rural buildings,some investigations are carried out by field survey of Yanqing in Beijing,including site,foundation,construction materials,connection of the component,details of seismic design,etc.On the basis of the data,the seismic performance are analyzed and the cause of problems in rural masonry structural design and construction are pointed out,and some measures to improve the seismic performance are suggested in this paper.
