【摘要】 阐述了建筑工业化的定义、特点及优势;结合建筑工业化构配件生产、建筑结构体系和构配件连接处理论述了我国建筑工业化的应用现状;总结和提出了制约当前我国建筑工业化发展的主要问题,如预制构件成本高、国家标准不完善、建筑工业化人才不足,以及建筑工业化技术落后等,并提出了相应应对措施,为我国建筑工业化发展提供参考和借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper described the definition, characteristics and advantages of building industrialization firstly, and then analyzed the current situation of domestic building industrialization from the production of prefabricated concrete members,industrialized building structure system to the connection technologies between precast members. Next, some problems and corresponding solutions to domestic building industrialization are put forward, such as the high cost of prefabricated members, the deficiency of national standards, professional talents, and the lag in technology, which can provide suggestion and reference for the future development of building industrialization in our country.更多还原
